Armed to the Gears PC Download is an action strategy game developed and published by Deonn Software ltd. It was released on 19 Mar, 2018.It is an interesting variation on isometric RTS, as you also have to place turrets and defend spawn points. In a way, it's related to Sanctum and the old Rescue Raiders. As the developer adds a few more maps, the world is getting a bit more interesting. You are a single mech, and you're fighting against some regime that has almost infinite number of mechs and infantry... UNLESS you take out their spawn points. You can capture their energy generators (spawn points) and use the energy gained to deploy turrets and other defenses, so you can go on raids while the turrets defend your existing generators.
The trick of the game Armed of the Gears Free For PC is capture your closest generator, deploy turrets (preferably 2 missile turrets that cover each other), upgrade any capacitors nearby to enhance power output, then move forward and take out spawn points, retreat as necesary, save 50 points to build your own repair point, repeat as needed until you take out spawn points, then go after one generator at a time. The graphics are good and there's a physics package so debris do bounce around. The weapons didn't feel that differently other than the gatling's weapon, laser's good, and plasma is really good. Still, plasma overheats quickly. At least, you don't worry about ammo, just the secondary weapons (mortar artillery and missile launcher). Reloads for those are hard to find though.
Armed to the Gears Full Version is topdown shooter that features basic elements of towerdefense, forcing you to alternate between Offense, Defense and energy management. Being vastly outnumbered in all missions, your best approach is to defend your points with a variety of options while you pummel the enemy bases (those act as their spawnpoints which naturally means that you can't just hang back in the camp and fight a war of atrition) to dust. And options you have a fair bit: Point-Defense Towers like Tesla Guns and somewhat more far-reaching variations like Missile Towers and Grenade launchers, landmines and barricades. Even on the other side of the spectrum you have some options: Bombing runs, neural bombs, attack drones.
